Model of the Hongik Dormitory extracted from smap.seoul.go.kr using Renderdoc and MapsModelsImporter for Blender. A noise map made from a sound recording was then applied for the "pixel sorting" effect.

An attempt to put this model together. This was an experience / failure. I think i put the power on the laser cutting machine too low as some of the pieces broke when i tried to take them out of the sheet. I think I also missed a little bit with the thickness of the layers as they could barely fit. It was however a good experience as i hopefully won't make these mistakes again.

Another way to fabricate this model could be to use the same technique from last week just with fewer layers.
